The program also provides grants and grants for the development of new tools for rural communities to become more self-sufficient, with the goal of making them self-sufficient in the first year of their ownership. These tools include: • Financial education and financial literacy training programs – these will assist rural communities to learn about the financial assistance available to them and how to apply and apply effectively. This information will also help these communities make more responsible economic decisions and financial decisions • Community-based resource centers – these centers can provide basic food pantries, soup kitchens, job-placement programs, and many other services that help the communities living in poverty find employment and resources for the long-term stability that they need.
