An Episode in Kubinka

It won't be an exaggeration to say that "An Episode in Kubinka" is a core story, or, to be more accurate, a small narrative, and it is of special importance to me. This text remained far too long under the covers; but only now I decided to uncover some of it for the reader to judge. This is fundamentally new style for me; an alloy of documentary and fictional prose; all of this requires a lot of consideration. I will be most grateful for any constructive opinions.
